Drop-down menus

I have never made drop-down menus before, and was wondering what the best way is to make them?

There are a couple different ways. Some people use javscript to control the different states (static, mouseover, mouseout), others use CSS.

CSS is a lot easier, but javsacript gives you some extra options like waiting a short time before hiding the menu after rollout.

You Can Google for Menu Makers they will create good looking menus for you with lots of different effects .i.e. IzzyMenu

There are 100 of them over internet.

This is just me, but i'd rather learn how to make it myself. You can't learn anything by just copying it in my opinion
