DropDown thingies ... and other stuff

What about drop down boxes ?
Can you change style on them ? I don't mean the elements in the dropdown menu .. but the dropdown botton
can you make a scroll able box with element you can use in a form ??
(something like a textbox .. but not)
EDIT: I figured out how to do the select box thingie
and u have option tags inside it
Now I just need to know how I only get it to select one lelement and only one ... I know I can use dropbox for this ... BUT I wanna use the multiple select box ... it looks cooler
