Experience with Datingsitebuilder

Does anyone here have experience with Datingsitebuilder (datingsitebuilder. com)? The operators seem to be not very serious. I have there bought the script, paid, but no confirmation, no download link, nothing. They were responding only after a request to PayPal Buyer Protection with the link. The script was however not install. Since they offer free installation of the script, I have asked them to take over this for me.Now, four days have passed. I can write to as often as I want, the answer is always the standard:

OK, let me check and get back to you shortly.

or

OK, I will check and get back to you asap.

or

Please grant me some time to work on it.

Maybe someone here knows this page and has (good or bad?) Experience with her. And in any case this should be also a warning to others.

They have received extremely bad reviews on several sites, due to issues with both their coding and their support. You may be better off getting a refund and going to a competitor at this point.
