My forum style! *newbie*

I would like it to match the same style as the site i am making.
As a full rundown here is what i would like my forum to be like.
Have the Logon Script at the top of the page
Have my logo as a background image> http://www.hayesmates.co.uk/images/tinylogo.jpg
Have the Background Colour as #00366
Include the colours #666666 and #999999
Have a Calander which includes birthdays, and can be posted on without making posts in forums.
Have a Gender mod which shows the gender of each user on each post.
Who has been on in the last 24hrs
A Link to my main site in the Header.
A Print Option
A space in the footer for ads
Would anybody be willing to make this for me? I would be willing to pay a small sum, but i am a student!
