Frame help

OK.

I have a question.

I have 4 bars....one for each side one on the top and one on the bottem to enclose news.

I want to make the four bars surround it and have the news scrollable inside.

What I dont know how to do....is make the 4 things surround it.

I made a php news script and have it go t the page.

So you want scrollable frames on each side?? Like with just a square main frame in the centre?

How wide do you want each frame? Borders or no borders?

What I want is the middle frame with the content scrollable, and to keep the sides intact and not scrollable.

Ok so from your image that looks like where you have content written, that would be scrollable over the left side frame partly, which is static?

I'm just trying to picture what you want

it doesnt matter which side it is scrollable on.

I just want it to be surrounded by 4 PS images I made and be scrollable inside, while the borders stay the same.
