Free internet radio broadcasting software anyone?

I have been looking for software for quite a while now that will let me broadcast a free internet radio station but i can never find anything. Can anyone tell me what software i could use to do it please?

Yes but does that not just run on linux operating systems ?

I too have been looking for broadcasting software and can't find any reliable software out there ?

For a long time I used Shoutcast.
You need winamp from http://winamp.com
and the shoutcast server http://shoutcast.com
It takes about 10 minutes of patience to set up, but when it's up, it's awesome. Tons of configurable options like streaming quality, format, banning, show times... etc...

You'll love it.

I have been having a lot of trouble using shoutcast. I saw one of you guys said you used it for a while. I don't know how to get it all working, Can you help me. Can you email me some tips and how to do it on:

Does anyone know how to connect my E-MU external audio interface to winamp, because it doesn't show anywhere when i plug it.
