Right now I am using Weebly to build my site I am just wondering if there is free online web site builder that is better than weebly

Actually to be honest, I wouldn't suggest any type of site-building-software ... The code is usually sloppy and not cross browser compatible ...
Let's leave all our *plum* where it is and go live in the jungle ...

try notepad++ it makes it easy for the commands to be written:)
