ok.. quick question..

my code is like this.

</div>end of div...
<iframe>start of iframe

basically the gap in between the end of the div and the start of the iframe is different...

with the same code.. IE has the gap as i want it.. FF has the gap slightly bigger..

is there any code i can place in the iframe to ensure it is top aligned or anything like that?

i think the reason this is happening is because i have not set the height of the css div.. i have let the browser decide when the div ends by how much content is in it.. you know what, let me just set the height and see if it still does it..

nope, even when i set the height of the css div above, firefox still leaves a little gap between the div and the iframe....

so my question, can anything be done about this?

Can you post the markup &/or css? Hard to tell otherwise.

You could also check for a carriage-return between </div> and <iframe> .... a
weird thing that can cause such problems. Also set the margins top and bottom
to a certain value ... FF and IE should both now be the same. If not, there is
something else going on. Which makes seeing the markup necessary ....

Do you know if you have the browser in quirks or stanfards mode?

As SugarKane said, definitely assign set top and bottom margins to both the div and iframe.
