I will be buying a domain and hosting very shortly, and have a freelancer from getafreelancer.com cloning a website for me, What do I do? Do I let them onto my domain and web hosting page? Or get them to clone it to a freehost then get my new host to transfer it onto the new host?

Why do you need the freelancer in first place? Explain the cloning part.
