Having issues with WP e-Commerce

Been working with WP e-Commerce and i am all most at the point where i can take this to the open playground and get it running, but i am having trouble getting the shipping to work. never setup and WP version and when i try to check out it says my own country can not be shipped too being AUS.

if anyone has tips, pointers or good documentation links would be much appreciated. Running the clock short on this one(few days).
