Help needed.

Hi, I am new to the forum and new to site design. I have reasonably basic of HTTP, but thats it!!!
I have created a couple of basic sites. But i have come across a site, and i am curious how it is made. if you take a look at http://www.richjerk.com, this site offers a free website. I'm not interested in the site content. but i was wondering what is involved in creating a free site similar to the one this site offers. It seems that basically you fill out a form with your details and these details are translated into your unique site. I want to know firstly is this a reasonably simple thing to replicate. What is involved? I just want to understand how this is all setup in the background? I hope this makes sense. Help for a newbie would be gratefully accepted.

Just reading the first few sentences of the first paragraph makes me suspicious, it might be a scam of some type. If you want a free website that you can customize, a blog with a cool theme might be the answer. Check these sites: http://www.wordpress.org and http://www.blogger.com

Thanks for the speedy response. Yes i'm sure it is a scam. I am just interested how can you create a site template like the free site they offer. I'm not interested in gettin their free site or the content of the site. I just want to know how to create a site that takes details from the form you fill in and puts it in the site they give you automatically. Is this done with SQL somehow?

Yeah, it probably is just a database driven site. It probably works just exactly like a blog does.
