can somebody tell me, how to create a calculator, for example like this

Or is there a program which creates calculators?

I've never used any solutions "out of the box", but I'd be surprised if they don't exist. When I have to do calculators, I prefer to do them in flash, however, javascript would be a very good choice for this.
