ok like on some sites ( EX: http://www.yoyo4food.com ) like on the whle site there is a scrollbar ( on any link on the side you click there is one). like were the info goes (undates,videos,pics...). i dont know HTML and i dont want to for a wile. i use dream weaver and thats it. i know its posilbe to do this on it, yet im not sure how

Look in dreamweaver for something like "insert iframe" or anything with "iframe" in it.
