ok like on some sites ( EX: http://www.yoyo4food.com ) like on the whle site there is a scrollbar ( on any link on the side you click there is one). like were the info goes (undates,videos,pics...). i dont know HTML and i dont want to for a wile. i use dream weaver and thats it. i know its posilbe to do this on it, yet im not sure how :( please help me

Look in dreamweaver for something like "insert iframe" or anything with "iframe" in it.

HTML is no complicated thing, I really do suggest u learn it. Iframes can be made with alot of programs like Macromedia flash and Adobe Golive (its as easy as clicking a button and resizing the frame). If u wanna do them with HTML I suggest u go to webmonkey.com they have a real nice tutorial on it.
