Help With Post Nuke

Hello i am the owner of http://www.teardropdesigns.tk and i need some help on creating a new page. so if you visit my page u will see on the main menu items, well what i want to do is creat a new page with no content, and name it Tutorials, and on this page with no content i want to put 5 different links that will bring u to other pages that i have created. So basicly all i want to do is make new pages.
