Front Page also has a built in GuestBook page. It's one of the templates.

When you select which guestbook to use your site, make sure that your web hosting provider supports the guestbook. (For example, if the questbook you selected requires PHP and MySQL, make sure that your hosting provider supports these)

If your hosting provider dosen't support PHP, MySQL, or Perl, your probably should settle for a remotely hosted guestbook.
