Is there a way i can get html to work in .txt files. I have a site that runs off of .txt files because that is what the flash file reads. I would like to have a crew picture page but i would like to have the picture show up insted of them having to highlight it and past it into the browser.

no, you cannot load images within a text file.

You can, however, make the text have HTML properties and link
it so all you have to do is click to the image. Otherwise, you'll
have to load the image within flash or live with it the way it is.

however, since you're loading the text file externally, i'm not
quite sure of how to make your text a link on second thought... :?

if your text was part of the flash file, and assuming you are using MX --

in your flash file, find the text box that loads the text file, right
click, properties. Make sure it's a dynamic text box, then
select the button on the properties panel that looks like <>.
then select the text you want to be a link and type out a full url (http://www.domain.com/page.html) in the field that has a
chain link next to it.
