Kindly give me a clue on how i send software across to somebody via the internet without a website
Anybody with idea please help

You could use email, p2p, public-free file storage. Depending on the file size, you could probably do a transfer over a chat client.

Use P2P e.g. Torrent Uploading. If your file is below 100mb, i suggest Rapidshare, Megaupload, Easyshare and Zendit.
