How would i convert this HTML page to WP

been looking at upgrading one of my web sites and so i am thinking i should make some small cosmetic upgrades and then slap it into WP.

Now this is what i have been thinking, i need a custom page setting so that instead of working each page from scratch i can click tutorial page and then enter the data and post. (example:http://www.angrybirdswalkthrough.com/The_Big_Setup/9-1.html)

Just need back/next buttons

If you created your site design in Photoshop you could use a psd to WordPress program. There are a few of them out there if you did not know how to convert yourself.

that could solve half the issue but i guess it can be written in the data in the middle.
