Here i've got this (see bottom of page) layout, just for testing, and i want to put text in the boxes, but i don't know how to do it, i don't know how to actually write on an image.
I can't explain very well but all the design tutorials that i follow don't tell you how to add text there without using type tool in photoshop...

On a lot of sites you see images with text on it that is just typed, on this forum, look at the profile, search, faq etc. buttons, aren't they just typed in the html too?

Nope.
right click one of thoose buttons and either "copy" & paste it into an image app, Or "save as" & open in an image app (make sure to delete it afterward  ), you'll see what I mean.

Take a look at This Topic I think it's what your looking for.

The link joebert gives is a good option , the other one is if the box is exactly the size you want then slice it in photoshop and then in your html editor, knock out that section and type in the cell it leaves.

I actually think your best idea is as joeberts link says and create an iframe, then you are not limited by the amount of text you can write in that section.

You can use DIVs and position it over the area you want it to be.
