How do you make your border use an image

Basically I want to make my border around my table a image ... dots to be exact ... how would I go about doing this - so far I have this

Code: [ Select ]

<center><table border="1" border="images/dot.jpg" width="695" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

But

Code: [ Select ]

border="images/dot.jpg"

does not work - is there a code for this?
