There's one for every character...

' ; (Take out the space between the 9 and the ;)

39 is the ASCII code for ' so just to &#[ASCII #];

Edit: Also, if you want to see them all and you have a server with PHP you can use the following code to view them and their code:

PHP Code: [ Select ]
<?php

for ($x=0;$x<=9999;$x++) {

    print "&amp;#$x;";

    print " - ";

    print "&#$x;";

    print "<br />";

};

?>
  1. <?php
  2.
  3. for ($x=0;$x<=9999;$x++) {
  4.
  5.     print "&amp;#$x;";
  6.
  7.     print " - ";
  8.
  9.     print "&#$x;";
  10.
  11.     print "<br />";
  12.
  13. };
  14.
  15. ?>

Good one but this is a little easier to read:
http://www.ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm

*note -- if there is an HTML "name" listed for the ASCII code, then you can use either the "name" or the "html number" -- both will work. If a "name" is not listed, then use the number.

If anyone wonders why 0-31 are missing they are control codes:
http://www.cs.tut.fi/~jkorpela/chars/c0.html

You can't use them in HTML

127 Is the Delete key entry and 128 - 159 are not in use. They are part of the "high-bit" set and used primarily by IBM (I think)
