Please elaborate on your question. What type of portal system and what do you need it to do?

I think what he is talking about is a full package template. Which is such a thing you can purchase at bigwebmaster.com

Still no html portal. Try using an asp or cgi portal that doesnt need mysql or mssql. Or you could go with a php portal. Just check with your host and get a mysql database.

Search google for scripting sites. Also http://www.bigwebmaster.com has alot and some people on this forum have their own script websites. Just search through topics in scripting forum and see their websites.
