What exactly will that code do? Is that gonna be his icon if some one ads him to their favorites or something?

Yep -- IE is goofy about it. I included the workaround in the link above, but even that isn't completely effective.

It was Microsoft's creation. But think about it. What would you rather have in the address bar or favorites file? Your icon, or someone elses? I think they wrote that glitch on purpose.

Worryingly I believe it.

Hacker007, yes you can! It's an ico file, which is the normal windows icon format. You should be able to get a free editor, or if not a trial version from http://www.download.com
