joomla template style does not show

Hi everyone
I m new to Joomla
I have downloaded one of the free template called
JSN EPIC
I have successfully installed the template but on the home page the style of the template does not show
the home page shows but no menus and no style
i have attached the template view
can anyone who have idea help me on this?
