Any background color defined in the page(s) that is loaded into the IFrame would override any values you set on the IFrame page it's self.

look at my site in progress .www.mynad.tk . can you see the iframe at the bottom left. the area around that is in white. how can i change that.

open up "poll.php" and add ...

...to your style definitions.
