Laying html shopping cart over swf

Im attempting to integrate an html (google) cart with a flash site.
Is there a way, with like an I frame etc in the html to position the cart over the swf, so it appears integrated?

heres the google code

I would imagine just needing to do an overlay and prperly position the the page with the java/google code?
