Post 3+ Months Ago

Hi all, I recently began putting together a website and when testing in Firefox and IE 7.0 i notice a slight difference.

Here is the site I am working on:
http://sandiego.calipartybus.com

If you view it in IE 7.0, you will notice there is a space between the menu bar and the content below it. However, in Firefox there is not.

I know this isn't the prettiest coded site, but it's what I know. :)

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix the IE layout problem it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I cannot view what is immediatl wrong, but there are a number of things you can try. I had a similar problem to you with a clients website, and no matter what i tried, the space was there!
Until, i found an empty tag and that got rid of that.

Or you may need to use this code around the tables:

table { margin-top : 0px;
margin-bottom: 0px;
}

I have personally never used a table with spacers, but that was a problem i had. Its ussually something simple, but also trial and error.

This is why tables are so bad. But I think the suggestion above might work. You've probably heard this before, but you should really look into learning CSS. Good luck
