hmm layout is the most important concept to a website i only been reading about its languages but i just figured out that im not very good with layouts is there a book out there for layouts instead of an intro on the languages.

I think the two go hand in hand. I mean, you can't really make quality layouts without knowing the languages to build them with.

How we develop websites is we have a designer and a developer.
Designer's sole role is to design the layouts. He will not have to do any programming. And the developer is the other way around.

It's hard to find someone that's both good with design and programming. However a good start is to simply "copy" some of the good layouts you like and eventually, you will start developing your own style.
