Looking for SKILLED Programmer in PHP

I have a dating site and am looking for a highly skilled programmer in PHP. I have a web guy that is great with design but sometimes I feel I need better progamming.

No, but if you were planning to compensate for the work, we have a job opportunities forum where this would be more appropriate. If so we can move it there. If you don't intend to pay for the service we'll leave it here for volunteers.
