Margin spacing on FRAMES

I have a site thats made completly out of frames which load the header footer and main html windows... I want to push all of it down like 50px

I can't figure it out... it's probly really simple but I haven't used HTML in forever. Thanks

Do you have an example up somewhere? Hard to say without having a look. If you have one, tell me where you're wanting the space and I'll figure it out for ya.
