hi all, being new to this game i wonder if any of you guys would give me a tip on how to place the same menu`s in every page on my site without having to do it manually. i have been using dhtml on my site :

http://www.stephen-hunter.com

if you click on the videos link on the menu at the top, you will be taken to the videos page without a problem. once you are there however, you cannot use the menu at the top because all the links are wrong.
this is the same menu as on the main index page.
i cant work this out, and surely i dont have to manually adjust all the menus each time i make a new page?

steve.
oh, and p.s.
how do i make a file downloadable just by clicking on the name.( dreamweaver)?

If you put a link to the video, clicking on it should cause a window to come up that asks if they want to dl or open the file.

i mean, the only way i can download the files on the link i provided, was to right click on them and then choose "save target as".
i would prefer it if it was just an instant download (left click)

when I click on it the dialog box comes up asking if I want to open or save it. I don't have to right click.

IE. At some point in time you must have checked the little box that says "always do this" or something to that effect-I don't remember the exact wording.
