(on mouse over) fading

Hi, can anyone help me with a fading effect....


On a previous post in this forum (i think) someone wanted to know how to make a section of their page transparent and we came up with the following code:

<table border="0" width="120" bgcolor="191970" bordercolor="191970" style="filter: alpha(opacity=30);">


That was great! I needed something that did exactly that. Now i need someting similar.

Can anyone tell me of some code that will chance the

Code: [ Select ]
style="filter: alpha(opacity=30);">


from 30 to...i don't know....50 in a gradual affect when i put my mouse over it, then when i take my mouse off it gradually fades back down to 30?
