Moving Layers

I'm using dreamweaver MX.

I use layers quite alot but i have to keep repositioning them when resolution is changed to check.

Is there anyway of centering the layers so they adjust themselves to the web browser/resolution?

Is it IE or Dramweaver display your having problems with?
