is it possible to have my domain pointing to 4 nameservers,

DNS1.SUPREMECENTER.COM
DNS2.SUPREMECENTER.COM
and
ns1.dot5nameservers.com
ns2.dot5nameservers.com

so if i have a file on my hosting account that uses the last 2 nameservers, will i be able to use a link like, http://www.mydomain.com/forum and it'll point to the forum on the last 2 name servers?
