Navigation Bar

HEY!!! I NEED SOME HELP GUYS. You see, I am into graphics designing so am not so good with web stuff. But I want to make a navigation bar. one of those like.......when you put your mouse over them, a new window type thing comes down, and there are more links there. Confused? please check out the navigation bars on sites like Guru.com. Can any one tell me how to make these? if there's a certain code, please tell me the Code. Thanks!!

is another one, I just added this to one of my sites, it works great and is free, I think that opencube one asks for a payment once you get it set up.

You are gonna be wrangling with javascript though, be prepared, if you are not used to html or coding in general it may be a long ride, but they have a forum (using the same forum program as this one coincidentally) that has alot of answers.
