Need frame help, please?

Hey im somewhat new to makeing websites. My question is, how can i make a new frame in the middle of an image so that a new .html file opens in the center?....well here look at my site for yourself and see:

Like im trying to make it so when u click the buttons at the top (main, bio, gallery, links) the page opens in the box below...ive been looking for tutorials everywhere but i cant find anything.

BTW, im using Dreamweaver for this too :wink:

Not sure how to do it in dreamweaver. Maybe make a layer, put the IFRAME in that and place the layer over the image?

Normall you'de use absolute positioning in CSS to place the iframe when it is insidea DIV.

Well first I can't access your website because it says that the page cannot be found... :?:

But why do you want to use frames? Layers are much better and are supported by all browsers...

I can't help you much, since I don't know what you EXACTLY want...
