I need help please

I've just got a ready made dvd site but on the home page it lists all the dvd catagories but i want to change it so there is just a called dvds, then for it to go to the different dvd catagories as i want to more than just dvds on the site. can anyone help me? Thanks http://www.howdensstore.co.uk

what system did you use? how did you categorize them as they are now?
