Hello everyone,
Well the problem is as following:
I just bought a domain and a web hosting, I have some experience in building site and whatsoever, now here comes the deal. Well with the last two site I've done and uploaded with free web hosting I didn't have any trouble but with this I am having. The problem is that I CAN'T make the images work, what I mean is, I uploaded the images, and uploaded the .htm file in which the images are connected and supposly to open with. When I go to file and preview in dreamweaver I can see them perfectly, however as I said, when I upload them( the images and the site) and I try to preview them there I can't see them, a buncho of small X appear. For you to have an idea of what's going on enter http://www.xandelupo.com I mean I can't see anything, and I already contacted the hosting company to check everything and I received and email saying their coding is correct, so that means that there has to be a problem in the html coding or something in dreamweaver.....please I need immediate help because I can't make this work....

are you uploading the images in BIANARY form?

also, you paid for good hosting, dont stop there, put some Guestbook, and poll scripts instead of using bravenet

Did you check to make sure your coding matches the images...by that I mean what may be Thumb1.jpg needs to be <img src="Thumb1.jpg" not <img src="Thumb1.gif of your images will appear as red x's

Well about the guestbook and the mini pool from bravenet, well I did not find anyother jee....
About the Binary? what do you mean..jeje
and yes the coding does match the image, its src(source) is fine...
here is a screenshoot of what is sort of looks like here in my dreamweaver....as you may notice the page is mainly composed of layer in which I add my pictures...and also I selected one of the images so you can see that the script is correct...I guess....

Where you have <img src="main_files/picoftheweektittle.gif" is that the name of your image or is your image called picoftheweektittle.gif without the first part added?

Oh yes, that I removed a while ago, this was a screenshoot tha I had here in the pc, yes so there is no more main_files/ its only the pure image...and my question is as following, is there any options or anything that I have might done to the options of this page to have affected it? I mean as I said I can't see squat in the upload hoster, and I even tried uploading it on my other free web hosting, just to test it, and it didn't work. And what is strange around all this is the fact that I alredy did two site which are up http://nbvt.bizhat.com/ and http://www.destined.to/keitaro and they were done in DW the same way Im doing this one...and I just can't understand that....

Ok I had a look at your source code and at the moment all I can see is alot of stuff you don't need that will only confuse you when you need to change something. Give me some time, I'll sort out your code and upload it to my site and see what happens ok. The images need to be in jpg or gif format to show so just double check they are in that format cos from when I used to have trouble that was one of my problems.
I could be wrong though, others on here know more then me.

Wait I'm back...here's the problem, on each of your images I right clicked and properties and each one told me it had the address http://www.xandelupo.com/main_files/pic ... tittle.gif
I typed that in my web browser and got a page not found so I got rid of main_files and typed http://www.xandelupo.com/picoftheweektittle.gif and each pic showed up in my web browser. Take your code back to dreamweaver and for each image add the last URL I gave you, save it overwriting the original file and upload it again and it should appear, let me know how you go!

Thanks for trying to help,
okay as I said, the main_files/ from every image has been removed from the dreamweaver code, there is no more main_files/ in any of the page coding, and still, when I save that file and upload it with the coresponding images they don't work. I even keep the images and the files in the same place, so I won't need to add any / anything to the images...

I looked at your code and some of it still contained the main thingos. So you might wanna double check, sometimes dreamweaver does some crazy stuff and adds them back in even though you deleted them, happens to me.
Another question, are you uploading the index.html file and all your images to public_html folder in the main part of it, cos all the images for my index.html on one of my sites didn't appear if I had them in public_html/images folder I had to make sure they were visible just in public_html then they appeared.
