i need a script or something that will let my members create profiles and do detailed searches for people in there area.

I would second the reccomendation for hotscripts.com then, or suggest that you hit up dotcombuilder and sign up for their services..

i already have a script in mind but i am not a programmer and i need it installed and also need very reliable hosting. If someone can find me a script and install it for me and provide hosting i would do it. To get the script on the server and configured with the payment processor im looking to spend $75-$100


the hosting package i need is 500 meg space and 15 gig transfer for about 7.95 a month. I am paying 9.95 right now for double the resources but they dont help customers install scripts.

I can gladly help you out. Just let me know which ones you are looking at, so I can take a look and see if I would be comfortable working with them.
I am by no means a professional hosting provider, but I do own 2 dedicated servers which I use for my personal use. If you would like to jump onto one of those, I can provide the bandwidth and space you need for that monthly price.

the personals software i was looking at was the one for $40

It seems simple enough. I don't see any huge difficulty in changing the image to the top instead of the bottom, it would be a minor thing.

If you would like I can help you with this, or if you look at the first link in my sig you can definately find a qualified professional who will be more then happy to help you accomplish this.
