Where would he have gotten the code? Made himself, or a generator?

Or how could i make it, i dont want to copy his code.

it's more than likely that he made it himself, or got the javascript from a website giving free scripts.

By learning html, css and javascript yourself you will easily be able to re-create this type of thing. http://www.w3schools.com is always the best place to start.
