Offline vs Online (Internet Explorer)

Ok, so im making this website right? When i upload the files to my server and check it out through Internet Explorer it shows the pages all jumbled up, but when I download the files off my server and look at it through my local computer it shows up perfectly.

Anyone know whats going on here? How do I fix it so my user don't see the same problems i am?

how do you mean jumbled up, some servers may sort data according to file size, date made, file type. But never random computers can't do random see if you can change the organizing rules to name or what ever your want.
