IE is a pain in the bum

I am using this code ▽ (google use it on the "more" link at the top of the page) which is a code for a triangle pointing down but IE will not show it what can you do to make it work?

It works perfectly for me... I don't know what your problem is.

What is your IE version?

Go to "Help" in the menu up above and click on "About Internet Explorer" it would tell you.

Mine is IE7.
