Is it possible to have a vertical box for password input?

Probably there isn't but I still decided to ask.
If there is, what's the code? I doubt only HTML would work, so maybe CSS as well.

My idea is, we all know the normal password boxes.
I mean this:
hirasawa2032. com/taira/pa-box.jpg(remove spaces)

As a side note, to note, this is yet another crazy project of mine where I'll need to figure out how to make it so that after this password is entered, from there on a certain person can upload stuff in his directory on my site. Something like userless free hosting - he enters the password, throws files in there and that's that. Just because I won't be always able to upload his stuff for him.

I don't know about your first question, but as for the second one, it is simpler than you think. Use a form with
Code: [ Select ]
<input type="file"...

There is no vertical password configuration that I am aware of. Perhaps use a textarea and heavily modify is with CSS & JavaScript so that only 1 character is on each line (so it creates a new line/return after 1 character). Then when you process it, ignore returns or new lines.

@mk27 thanks! I already collected a few forms like that, just what I'm not sure is how do I tell it in what directory to upload. One that I tested, uploaded in the main dir.

@PolishHurricane thanks! I see your point, but I also considered a little easier version - to somehow just CSS/HTML edit the box size, so it seems it is vertical, just that it's not actually. The bad side is, though, that only the first * or whatever cover the password has, will be visible.

And the last main problem that remains is, how do I tell it, after the password has been input, to preload to the screen with the file browse and upload form. Since it's not classical log-in-like, one form I tried did nothing.
