Problem Dreamweaver test server dynamic pages

I created a website with Dreamweaver CSS, under the name of the project is a dynamic web site and uses XAMPP. I worked very well, all the files inside the site, the connection to the database was correct, insert and delete records the right way. Suddenly, I get the message "For a list of previous pages that contain server-side code needs a test server? Want to specify one now?". If I say no, will not let me view all of the dynamic that works with the database if I say that if I am asked to create a new cycle, I do not accept the so-called project cycle.
