problem with website layout

hi all,
I having problem with webpage layout in dreamweaver 8. I am using table for content and layout in my website. firstly I am use percentage(%) in width for table. but what i do for 'cell' when i use background image in it, It repeat. here my problem start, i Can't fix my weblayout with table. how i manage this? If any suffcient table code in html than please help me.

but i done it. i used multiple table and now it is working.

Yikes. Repeat after me - "Tables are not the answer." They're a part of the problem. I urge you to research and use tableless design if you want to be efficient with your designs.
