Problems with IE8

Hi,
The bèta of Internet Explorer 8 has just been released and I already have problems with it
One of those problems is that the icons in my menu disappear in IE8.
Here are some screenshots:

You can see that in IE8, the icons will disappear.
Does anyone now how this can happen?

it's a microsoft product.
in it's beta stages.
if microsoft release versions don't work, why would you expect their betas to? >.<
