What things can you get sued for when being a webhost and having websites? I just created mine (still working on it) and I don't use any copyrighted pictures, What things could you possibly get sued for? And should you get a LLC? Or is propotership effecient for a high traffic websites for primarily advertisement and affiliate sales?

Thanks!

People don't understand law suits in general. In America, anyone can sue anyone for almost anything. However, if there is a slim to none chance in winning an award or getting a settlement, the law suit doesn't happen or is thrown out of court.

Law suits on web site content are few. You hear about the big ones, such as copyrighted content on youtube but the average web site owner doesn't have to worry about it for the most part. If someone decided that you content was violating a copyright, they would probably send a 'cease and desist' letter first. At that point you could decide if you wanted to comply or not.
