Put vids in my blog and html code randomly changes... help!

Hello,

My blog address is http://encorepartydjs.weblog.com lately I have been putting in the embedded code for videos in my blog posts. Now the posts will look normal for about a week or two, then my blog will switch over the code without me knowing about it and the videos will not be viewable. This is an example post where the video is not viewable http://encorepartydjs.weblog.com/2008/6/Steel-Band-Pan-Music-in-Michigan.html. Once the blog randomly changes my code, it looks like this:

Is there a way that I can manupulate the code to have the videos be viewable? I have tried to contact support@weblog.com but it seems that e-mail address doesn't work. My readers would appreciate video in my content and if I can not fix this then I will have to modify all my posts without the video

I've seen that happen in Wordpress too, where it warps your code to the point of not working. I don't think there's much you can do except adopt the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" philosophy and try to find a plugin designed for the blogging software to display your vids.

Does anyone know of a plugin for weblog.com that will display my videos? I didn't even know this was possible.

I am pretty sure that you can do what you are asking with some software called Easy Web Video.

I use it for my website and they are saying that the software can be set up on blogs as well.

Read what it says on their site and if they don't specifically address blogs I am sure you can get them by email to answer your question.
