Question of color.

Looking to find information based on test results of which particular colors used on a web page are most condusive to a customers point of view.

I know that's a mouthful.

A while back, I heard of such a test that was done, however, I cannot find out where it was.

Who is your customer target? Age, race, religeon, geographic.

This site deals with paint color in a room, but you can get a good idea of the kind of "mood" certain colors create.

I have also read that green is a very calming and soothing color, which is why you'll see it quite often in hospital recovery rooms. The site above explains that it is the most common color in nature, which is why we find it so calming. It probably also helps that green is the color that the human eye is the most sensitive to. We can detect more distinct shades of green than any other color.
