Recommendations for JavaScript book?

Can anyone recommend a good JavaScript book? I had hoped to avoid doing this type of work, but it looks like I've been forced into doing so.

Nothing in the lines of a book come to mind, but these primers might get you some good starting material while you're looking for a book:

Other than the web, the only book I use is "Internet Explorer 5 Web Programming Unleashed".
